Telemarketing Executive (English Speaking)

We are seeking highly motivated and experienced Telemarketing Executives to join our team in El-Fujairah, UAE. As a Telemarketing Executive, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and promoting our products and services. This is an English speaking position, however, candidates who are fluent in other languages such as Urdu or Malayalam are also welcome to apply.

Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce our products/services
- Explain product features and benefits to customers
- Update customer information in the database
- Achieve sales targets and objectives set by the company
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing any inquiries or concerns
- Collaborate with team members to improve sales techniques and achieve overall team targets

Requirements:
- Previous experience in telemarketing or sales is preferred
- Fluent in English (additional languages such as Urdu or Malayalam is a plus)
- Excellent communication skills and persuasive abilities
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Must be detail-oriented and able to multi-task effectively
