Job Title: Contract Indian Attorney in Medina, Saudi Arabia


We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated Indian Attorney to join our legal team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As an Attorney, you will be responsible for providing legal advice, drafting contracts and agreements, and representing clients in various legal matters.

Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice to clients on various matters including contracts, labor laws, and business regulations
- Draft and review contracts and agreements to ensure they are legally sound
- Represent clients in court hearings and other legal proceedings
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on changes in laws and regulations
- Communicate with clients, colleagues, and other parties involved in legal matters
- Handle any other tasks assigned by the senior attorneys or management

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law from a recognized university
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Attorney in a law firm or corporate setting
- Excellent command of English language (both written and spoken)
- Strong knowledge of Indian laws and regulations
- Experience with contract drafting and negotiation
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills
