Office Assistant (Part Time)
We are currently seeking a reliable and organized individual to join our team as an Office Assistant on a part-time basis. As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient and smooth operations of our office in Lusail, Qatar.
Responsibilities:
- Perform general office duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and organizing files
- Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for management
- Assist with preparing documents, reports, and presentations
- Order and maintain office supplies
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail
- Manage petty cash transactions
- Keep track of inventory and order supplies when needed
Requirements:
- Previous experience as an office assistant or in a similar role is preferred
- Must have at least a high school diploma or equivalent qualification
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills in English (additional languages such as Urdu or Arabic is a plus)
- Detail-oriented with good time-management skills
- Must have a valid biometric passport
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
