Administrative Manager
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Manager to join our team in Dukhan, Qatar. As an Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all administrative activities within the company.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all administrative staff, including receptionists, office assistants, and clerical workers.
- Create and implement efficient administrative procedures to improve workflow and productivity.
- Oversee the maintenance of office equipment and supplies.
- Handle all incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, and phone calls.
- Arrange meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements for company executives.
- Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and prepare expense reports.
- Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers.
- Assist in the recruitment process by reviewing applications, scheduling interviews, and conducting reference checks.
- Train new administrative staff members on company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or relevant field.
- Minimum of 3 years experience in an administrative role.
- Excellent communication skills in English (knowledge of other languages is a plus).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Knowledge of accounting principles is preferred.
- Proactive problem solver with a positive attitude.
This is a full-time position open to both Indian and African candidates. However, preference will be given to candidates who are already residing in Dukhan with their own visa.
