Hotel Manager (Part-Time, Indian Nationals Preferred)
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Manager to join our team in Doha, Qatar. As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hotel, ensuring guest satisfaction and managing a team of staff.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise all hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance departments
- Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction by maintaining excellent customer service standards
- Develop and implement strategies to increase hotel occupancy and revenue
- Manage the budget and finances of the hotel, including monitoring expenses and revenue
- Recruit, train, and mentor staff to provide exceptional service to guests
- Monitor and maintain the quality of hotel facilities and services
- Handle any guest concerns or complaints in a professional manner
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Previous experience in hospitality management or related field is an asset but not required
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Ability to work flexible hours as needed
- Fluency in English is an advantage but not required
- Must be able to provide own accommodation
