Administrative Manager - Indian Nationals (Al-Wakra, Qatar)
Our company is seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Manager to join our team in Al-Wakra, Qatar. Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise administrative staff, including receptionists and secretaries
- Develop and implement office policies and procedures
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth workflow and communication
- Handle budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence as needed
- Oversee office inventory and supplies
- Serve as the point of contact for all external vendors and partners
- Handle any ad-hoc projects or tasks assigned by upper management
Requirements:
- Indian national preferred
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in an administrative management role
- Fluent in English (Arabic proficiency is a plus)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
