Hotel Manager (Indian Nationals Only)

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Indian Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel located in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. The ideal candidate must have previous experience in a similar role and be able to lead and manage a diverse team. As an Indian national, you will bring cultural understanding and knowledge to our establishment.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the hotel's operations, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance
- Develop and implement strategies for increasing revenue and improving customer satisfaction
- Train and supervise staff members, ensuring high quality service is provided at all times
- Monitor inventory levels, control costs, and ensure efficient use of resources
- Handle guest complaints or issues in a professional manner
- Collaborate with other department heads to ensure smooth functioning of the hotel
- Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, vendors, and other partners

Requirements:
- Indian nationality is mandatory for this position
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as a Hotel Manager or similar role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and financial management
- Understanding of the local market trends and customer preferences in Qatar
