Body Repair Master - Automotive Technician

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Body Repair Master to join our team at our auto body shop in Ajman, UAE. As a Body Repair Master, you will be responsible for repairing and restoring damaged vehicle bodies to their original condition. This includes performing structural and cosmetic repairs, as well as welding, painting, and other techniques to ensure the highest quality work.

Key Responsibilities:
- Assessing vehicle damage and creating repair plans
- Performing structural repairs such as frame straightening and panel replacement
- Repairing cosmetic damage such as dents, scratches, and rust
- Using various tools and equipment including welding machines, sanders, and paint guns
- Mixing paint colors to match existing vehicle color
- Ensuring all repairs meet safety standards and manufacturer specifications
- Communicating effectively with team members and clients throughout the repair process
- Maintaining a clean and organized work environment
- Keeping up-to-date with industry advancements and techniques

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical training or certification preferred
- Minimum of 5 years experience in automotive body repair
- Extensive knowledge of body repair techniques, materials, tools, and equipment
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to read blueprints and follow repair manuals
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Must have valid visa for employment in UAE
