Part-Time UX Designer (Malayalee)
We are seeking a talented and experienced UX Designer to join our team on a part-time basis. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for creating user-centered designs that enhance the overall user experience of our digital products. This position is open to Malayalees who are passionate about design and have a strong understanding of user behavior and psychology.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and user needs
- Conduct user research and gather insights to inform design decisions
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and mockups that effectively communicate design ideas
- Conduct usability testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs
- Create high-fidelity visual designs that align with brand guidelines
- Work closely with developers to ensure designs are implemented accurately

Requirements:
- Fluency in Malayalam preferred but not required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in UI/UX design
- Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work
- Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, or Figma
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Prior experience working in a fast-paced environment

Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia (open to remote work)
