Call Center Representative for Indian Nationals in Medina, Saudi Arabia
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-oriented Call Center Representative to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As a Call Center Representative, you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues or concerns they may have.
Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national
- Fluent in English (Arabic language skills preferred)
- Prior experience in a call center or customer service role
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls from customers and assist with their inquiries or concerns
- Make outbound calls to follow up on customer inquiries or resolve any issues
- Identify and escalate priority issues to appropriate channels for resolution
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers
- Provide excellent customer service at all times
