Part-Time Administrative Manager (Indian Nationals Only)

We are currently seeking a highly organized and efficient part-time Administrative Manager to join our team in Al-Wakra, Qatar. This position is suitable for Indian nationals and does not require any previous experience. As an Administrative Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our office and providing support to our team members.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members
- Assist with the preparation of reports, proposals, presentations, and other documents
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Respond to emails and phone calls in a timely manner
- Provide general administrative support to team members as needed

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national residing in Al-Wakra, Qatar
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Flexible schedule with availability to work part-time hours
