Speech Therapist - Entry Level (With Accommodation and Visa Sponsorship)


We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Speech Therapist to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. This is an entry level position perfect for fresh graduates looking to start their career in speech therapy. As a Speech Therapist, you will work with individuals of all ages who have communication or swallowing disorders. Your main responsibility will be to assess, diagnose, and treat these disorders through various techniques and therapies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conducting assessments and evaluations of patients' communication and swallowing abilities
- Developing individualized treatment plans based on the patient's needs and goals
- Implementing therapy techniques such as articulation therapy, language intervention, and oral-motor exercises
- Providing education and guidance to patients' families on how to support their loved ones' progress
- Maintaining accurate records of patients' progress and communicating with other healthcare professionals involved in the patient's care

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Valid license to practice as a Speech Therapist in Qatar (or eligibility for licensure)
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to establish rapport with patients of all ages
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
