Administrative Coordinator (Indian Nationals)
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As an Indian national, you will play a crucial role in coordinating administrative tasks and providing support to our English-speaking team.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage daily administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, maintaining records, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Assist with correspondence and communication with clients and colleagues in English.
- Ensure timely completion of projects by tracking progress and following up on deadlines.
- Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory.
- Handle any other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
Requirements:
- Indian national currently residing in Lusail, Qatar.
- Proficient in English (spoken and written).
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must have a valid biometric passport.
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required.
