Secretary - Entry Level (African Nationals Preferred)
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as a Secretary in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia. This is an excellent opportunity for an African national looking to start their career in a professional environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet visitors and direct them to the appropriate person or department
- Answer phone calls and respond to emails in a timely manner
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Schedule appointments and maintain calendars for multiple managers
- Prepare correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed
- Assist with organizing meetings and events
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and courier services
Requirements:
- African nationality preferred
- No previous experience required, training will be provided
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Proficient in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently
