Job Title: Art Director for Creative Advertising Agency in Al-Rayyan, Qatar


We are seeking a highly experienced and creative Art Director to join our growing advertising agency in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As the Art Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the visual style and creative direction of all advertising campaigns. This is a full-time position open to all nationalities, with a preference for Indian and Malayalee candidates.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute unique and innovative concepts for advertising campaigns
- Collaborate with clients and account teams to understand their needs and objectives
- Lead a team of designers to create visually appealing and effective advertisements
- Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all campaigns
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to constantly improve our work
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines

Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience as an Art Director in a creative agency setting
- Strong portfolio showcasing your creativity, design skills, and ability to bring ideas to life
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Ability to lead a team, provide constructive feedback, and foster a collaborative environment
- Excellent communication skills and ability to present ideas confidently to clients
- Fluency in English is preferred but not required
