Secretary - English Speaking (Indian Nationality)
We are seeking a highly skilled and professional Secretary with fluency in English and Indian nationality to join our team in Yanbu, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have previous experience working as a secretary and possess exceptional communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities:
- Act as the first point of contact for all visitors and clients, providing them with a warm welcome and excellent customer service.
- Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls to appropriate individuals.
- Manage the schedules of senior staff members, including arranging appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Prepare and maintain important documents such as reports, presentations, and correspondence.
- Maintain office supplies inventory by checking stock levels and placing orders when necessary.
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, photocopying, and scanning.
Requirements:
- Indian nationality.
- Fluency in English is a must.
- Proven experience working as a secretary or administrative assistant.
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written).
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
