Office Clerk
Our company is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Clerk to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and answering phones. We are specifically looking for candidates who are fluent in English and of Indian nationality to join our diverse team.
Responsibilities:
- Handle day-to-day administrative tasks including data entry, filing, and answering phones
- Maintain accurate records and update company databases
- Assist with office organization and maintaining supplies
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and clients in English
- Provide support to managers and other staff as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent education
- Fluency in English (written and verbal)
- Previous experience in an office or administrative role preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Indian nationality preferred but not required
