Industrial Engineer (Malayalee) in Abu Dhabi, UAE


We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team in Abu Dhabi. As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for optimizing the production processes, reducing costs, and improving overall efficiency of our manufacturing operations. This position requires fluency in both English and Malayalam.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze production processes and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement cost-saving strategies
- Conduct time and motion studies to identify bottlenecks and streamline processes
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new production methods
- Identify and implement automation solutions to increase productivity
- Monitor production performance and make recommendations for continuous improvement
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
- Fluent in English and Malayalam (spoken and written)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations
- Knowledge of industrial engineering principles, techniques, and tools
- Experience with process optimization, cost reduction, and automation is preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
