Office Clerk (Indian Nationals)
We are seeking Indian nationals to join our team as Office Clerks in Medina, Saudi Arabia. This is an excellent opportunity for English-speaking individuals without prior experience to gain valuable skills and start their career in a fast-paced office environment. As an Office Clerk, you will be responsible for performing various administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and answering phone calls.
Key Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national
- Fluent in English
- No prior experience required
- Willing to relocate to Medina, Saudi Arabia
- Accommodation and visa sponsorship provided
Responsibilities:
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records
- Organize and maintain physical and digital files
- Answer and redirect phone calls to the appropriate personnel
- Greet visitors and direct them to the relevant department or individual
- Assist with other administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Able to work independently and in a team setting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
