Job Title: Bank Teller (Malayalee)
We are seeking a highly skilled and reliable Bank Teller with a strong understanding of financial transactions and customer service to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As a Bank Teller, you will be responsible for accurately processing customer transactions, providing excellent customer service, and promoting bank products and services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process customer deposits, withdrawals, and other financial transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Verify customer identification and biometric passport to ensure security of transactions.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting bank products and services.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and comply with bank policies and procedures.
- Assist in opening new accounts for customers as needed.
- Keep up-to-date with knowledge of bank products, services, policies, and procedures.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Malayalam language is required.
- Knowledge of English is preferred but not required.
- Must be a Biometric Passport holder.
- Previous experience as a Bank Teller or in a similar role is preferred but not required.
- Strong numerical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to provide exceptional customer service.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment.
