Attorney - Contract Law (English Speaking) - Medina, Saudi Arabia
Our law firm is seeking a highly qualified Attorney with expertise in contract law to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in contract drafting, negotiation, and review, as well as experience working with international clients. We are specifically looking for individuals who are fluent in English and can effectively communicate and provide legal advice to our English-speaking clients.

Responsibilities:
- Draft and review contracts and legal documents for various international clients
- Negotiate terms and conditions with clients, vendors, and partners
- Provide legal advice on contract matters to clients
- Ensure all contracts comply with applicable laws and regulations
- Research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations related to contracts

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Law from an accredited university
- Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing contract law
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Strong negotiation skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently
- Experience working with international clients is preferred
