Industrial Engineer - Manufacturing Specialist


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Engineer to join our manufacturing team in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar. As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for optimizing production processes and systems to improve efficiency and productivity.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze production processes and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement methods to increase efficiency and reduce waste
- Design and layout production facilities for maximum effectiveness
- Create and maintain production schedules
- Monitor production performance and make adjustments as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth production flow
- Implement quality control measures to maintain high standards of output
- Train staff on new processes and procedures
- Maintain accurate records of production data

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in industrial engineering, preferably in a manufacturing setting
- Strong knowledge of production processes, systems, and equipment
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles is preferred
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal
