Administrative Director - Al-Wakra, Qatar
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Administrative Director to join our team in Al-Wakra, Qatar. As the Administrative Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our organization and ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed accurately and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and supervise administrative staff, providing guidance and support as needed
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure smooth operation of the organization
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure timely completion of administrative tasks
- Plan and manage budgets for administrative functions
- Maintain accurate records of all administrative activities
- Handle correspondence, emails, phone calls, and other forms of communication on behalf of the organization
- Oversee office maintenance and supplies, ensuring that all necessary materials are available at all times
- Assist with scheduling appointments and meetings for senior management
- Provide support in organizing events or conferences
Requirements:
- Previous experience in an administrative role is preferred but not required
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Must be detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy
