Indian Attorney

Our law firm in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Indian Attorney to join our team. This is a great opportunity for an English-speaking attorney with experience in both Indian and international law to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
- Provide legal advice and guidance on various matters related to Indian law and international transactions
- Conduct legal research and prepare legal opinions
- Draft and review contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
- Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, arbitrations, and court proceedings
- Stay updated on changes in Indian laws and regulations that may affect our clients' business interests in Saudi Arabia
- Collaborate with other attorneys within the firm on complex cases or projects

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum of 5 years of experience practicing law in India, preferably with exposure to international transactions
- Strong knowledge of Indian laws, regulations, and legal system
- Experience working with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Proven ability to handle complex cases and provide sound legal advice
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Willingness to relocate to Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
