Job Title: Administrative Coordinator
As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating various administrative tasks and providing support to the team. You will work closely with different departments to ensure efficient and smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for team members
- Prepare documents, reports, and presentations as required
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence in a timely and professional manner
- Organize and maintain files, records, and databases
- Assist in budget preparation and tracking expenses
- Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and service providers as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Administrative Coordinator or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus)
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is preferred
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Location: Dukhan, Qatar.
Nationality/Location Preference: This position is open to all nationalities residing in Qatar. English proficiency is required.
Experience: Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. Freshers are welcome to apply.
