As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visual concepts, using computer software or by hand, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, or captivate consumers. You will work on a variety of products and activities, such as websites, advertising, books, magazines, posters, product packaging, exhibitions and displays. Your role will involve understanding the needs of the client or employer and translating them into design solutions that meet their objectives.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients or art directors to determine the scope of a project
- Advise clients on strategies to reach a particular audience
- Determine the message the design should portray
- Create images that identify a product or convey a message
- Develop graphics for product illustrations, logos and websites
- Select colors, images and typefaces to use
- Present designs to clients for approval
- Incorporate changes recommended by clients into final designs
- Review designs for errors before printing or publishing them

Requirements:
- Proven graphic designing experience (at least 2 years)
- A strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics (preferably in digital format)
- Familiarity with design software (such as Adobe Creative Suite)
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Time management skills and ability to meet tight deadlines

Preferred qualifications:
- Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field
- Experience in web design
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Experience working with Indian clients
- Knowledge of local culture and trends
