Hotel Sales Manager
The Hotel Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of the hotel's management team, you will oversee the sales department and work closely with other departments to ensure the hotel's financial success.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates
- Identify new business opportunities and maintain relationships with existing clients
- Conduct market research to identify trends and competitor strategies
- Prepare sales reports and present to senior management
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional activities and packages
- Manage the sales team, provide training and support to achieve targets
- Participate in trade shows, events, and networking opportunities to promote the hotel
- Monitor online reviews and respond to feedback from guests
- Ensure excellent customer service is provided at all times
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Sales Manager in the hospitality industry, preferably in a 5-star hotel
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations, revenue management, and sales techniques
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively with other departments
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Bachelor's degree in Hotel Management or related field
