Office Assistant - Entry Level (Indian Nationals)
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized individual to join our team as an Office Assistant. This position is ideal for freshers looking to kickstart their career in the administrative field and does not require any prior experience or English proficiency. This is a full-time position based in Lusail, Qatar and is specifically open to Indian nationals.
As an Office Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to the office staff and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence such as emails, letters, and phone calls
- Greeting visitors and directing them to the appropriate personnel
- Maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary
- Assisting with scheduling appointments and meetings
- Organizing and maintaining physical and electronic files
- Preparing documents, reports, and presentations as needed
- Assisting with basic bookkeeping tasks such as invoicing and data entry
- Performing general administrative tasks such as photocopying, scanning, and filing
To excel in this role, you should have excellent communication skills in Hindi or any other Indian language. Knowledge of English is preferred but not required. Additionally, we are looking for someone who is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
This is a full-time position with a standard work week of 40 hours. The working hours are flexible between 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM from Sunday to Thursday. Please note that this position does not come with accommodation. Therefore, we prefer candidates who already reside in Lusail or have their own arrangements.
Qualifications:
- Indian national with a high school diploma or equivalent qualification.
- Proven experience in an administrative role is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi or any other Indian language.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and other computer applications.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
