Art Director vacancy in Ar-Ruwais Qatar

Art Director - Contract Position (Indian Nationals Only)
As an Art Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the creative direction and visual style of various projects. This is a contract position based in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar and is open to Indian nationals who are fluent in English.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop creative concepts and ideas for marketing campaigns, advertisements, and other visual materials
- Lead and direct a team of designers to ensure high-quality and timely execution of design projects
- Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all visual communications
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate them into design concepts
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines
- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide creative solutions that meet their objectives

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Art Director or in a similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design projects across different mediums (print, digital, social media, etc.)
- Excellent knowledge of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Excellent communication skills in English (verbal and written)
- Must possess a valid biometric passport

This is an urgent position that requires someone who can hit the ground running. The ideal candidate should be highly creative, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
