We are currently seeking a highly motivated and organized Wedding Planner to join our team in Medina, Saudi Arabia. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for planning and executing weddings for our Indian clients. This position does not require fluency in English, however, proficiency in Hindi or any other Indian language is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to discuss their wedding vision and budget
- Assist clients in selecting vendors such as caterers, florists, and entertainment
- Negotiate contracts with vendors and manage payments
- Create detailed timelines and schedules for the wedding day
- Coordinate with venue staff to ensure all details are in place for the event
- Assist with decorations, seating arrangements, and other event details
- Provide support and guidance to the bride and groom throughout the planning process

Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Wedding Planner is required
- Knowledge of Indian wedding customs and traditions is necessary
- Must be able to work without accommodation provided
- Must have valid work visa for Saudi Arabia
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi or any other Indian language
