Job Title: Industrial Engineer - Lusail, Qatar


We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Engineer to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As an Industrial Engineer, you will play a crucial role in optimizing our manufacturing processes and improving overall efficiency. This job is open to all levels of experience and is ideal for English-speaking candidates from India.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and evaluate current manufacturing processes to identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement new strategies and techniques to streamline production processes.
- Conduct time studies and collect data to identify bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
- Create production schedules that maximize efficiency while meeting customer demand.
- Design workstations and layouts that minimize waste and improve workflow.
- Implement Lean Manufacturing principles to eliminate waste and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement process changes and improvements.
- Train employees on new processes, tools, and techniques to improve productivity.
- Monitor production metrics and provide regular reports on progress towards goals.
- Continuously review processes to identify opportunities for continuous improvement.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an Industrial Engineer in a manufacturing environment.
- Proficiency in process mapping, time studies, value stream mapping, and other industrial engineering tools.
- Solid understanding of Lean Manufacturing principles and methodologies.
- Experience with production scheduling software is preferred.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
