We are currently seeking an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and facilitating administrative tasks and functions within the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage schedules, appointments, and meetings for team members
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as required
- Maintain accurate records and files for easy retrieval
- Handle incoming calls and emails, responding to inquiries or forwarding to appropriate parties
- Manage office supplies and ensure inventory is well-stocked
- Assist in planning and organizing company events or functions
- Perform general administrative duties such as photocopying, scanning, filing, etc.
- Liaise with external partners or vendors as needed
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications in office administration or related field is a plus
- Proven experience as an administrative coordinator or in a similar role
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) with strong typing skills
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail
Preferred:
- Nationality preference for Indian or African candidates
