Job Title: Art Director - Creative Design (Egyptian Only)

As an Art Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the creative design process and guiding a team of designers to deliver high-quality and impactful visual solutions. This position is specifically open to Egyptian candidates, although other nationalities are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a strong brand identity through creative direction and execution of design projects
- Collaborate with clients, marketing teams, and other stakeholders to understand project goals and requirements
- Lead brainstorming sessions and provide creative input for campaigns, product launches, events, and other initiatives
- Manage a team of designers by assigning tasks, providing guidance and feedback, and ensuring timely delivery of projects
- Oversee the entire design process from concept development to final delivery
- Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continuously improve the quality of designs
- Ensure all designs adhere to brand guidelines and effectively communicate the desired message

Requirements:
- Must be an Egyptian national with strong proficiency in English (Arabic language skills are a plus)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a similar role as an Art Director or Creative Director in a fast-paced environment
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality creative solutions within tight deadlines
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team towards achieving company goals
- Strong understanding of branding principles, design principles, typography, color theory, layout techniques, etc.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design software
- Ability to think creatively and develop innovative ideas that align with client or company objectives
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively present ideas and concepts to clients or stakeholders

This is a part-time position without accommodation. You will have the flexibility to work remotely but may be required to attend meetings or presentations on-site. We offer free visa sponsorship for successful candidates and will cover the cost of your flight ticket to Qatar.
