Waiter/Waitress

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as a Waiter/Waitress at our restaurant in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Waiter/Waitress, you will be responsible for providing excellent service to our customers while ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers upon their arrival
- Present menus to customers and answer any questions they may have
- Take accurate food and drink orders from customers
- Relay orders to the kitchen staff promptly
- Serve food and beverages to customers in a timely manner
- Check on customers throughout their meal, refilling drinks and addressing any additional needs or requests
- Process payments and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area by clearing tables, resetting for new customers, and cleaning spills or messes as needed
- Collaborate with other restaurant staff to ensure efficient operation of the restaurant

Requirements:
- Egyptian nationality preferred
- Previous experience in a similar role is an advantage but not required
- Excellent communication skills
- Customer service oriented
- Ability to work under pressure
- A diploma or degree from a recognized institution is preferred
- Must be able to work flexible shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
