Job Title: Industrial Engineer

As an Industrial Engineer, you will be responsible for optimizing production processes, reducing costs, and improving overall efficiency in a manufacturing setting. This position requires a high level of technical expertise and problem-solving skills to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions.

Responsibilities:
- Analyze production processes and systems to identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement strategies to increase productivity and reduce waste
- Conduct time studies to determine the most efficient methods of production
- Design layouts for production facilities to maximize space utilization
- Create and maintain production schedules to ensure timely completion of orders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including management, engineers, and technicians
- Monitor production data to identify bottlenecks or other issues that may impact efficiency
- Implement quality control measures to ensure products meet required standards
- Identify opportunities for cost savings through process improvements or sourcing changes
- Utilize Lean Manufacturing principles to streamline processes and eliminate waste

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations for improvement
- Proficient in using software such as AutoCAD, SAP, or other production planning tools
- Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodology is preferred
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
