We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Dukhan, Qatar. This position is suitable for male candidates and is open to Indian nationals.
As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day administrative tasks of our company. Your duties will include but are not limited to:
- Coordinating office activities and operations, including managing schedules, organizing meetings, and maintaining company records
- Assisting with travel arrangements and preparing itineraries for staff members
- Handling incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and mail
- Maintaining office supplies inventory and placing orders when necessary
- Liaising with other departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow
- Assisting with HR tasks such as onboarding new employees and maintaining employee records
- Providing general support to other team members as needed
The ideal candidate for this role is someone who is highly organized, has strong attention to detail, and can work well under pressure. Proficiency in MS Office applications is required. Prior experience in an administrative or coordination role is preferred.
