Engineer - English Speaking (Indian) - Contract with Accommodation in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar


Our company is seeking a skilled and experienced Engineer who is fluent in English and of Indian nationality, to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar. This is a contract position with accommodation provided.

As an Engineer, you will be responsible for overseeing the design, construction, and maintenance of various projects. Your main duties will include conducting research, creating technical drawings and blueprints, collaborating with other team members and contractors, and ensuring that all projects meet safety and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct research to gather information on project requirements
- Analyze data and create technical drawings and blueprints using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other engineers to develop project plans
- Oversee the construction process to ensure compliance with designs and specifications
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed
- Conduct quality control inspections to ensure safety standards are met
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during construction
- Provide technical advice and support to team members

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Engineer in a similar role
- Fluent in English (both written and verbal)
- Indian nationality preferred
- Strong proficiency in computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Knowledge of construction processes and building codes
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
