Part-Time Concierge for Luxury Accommodation in Al-Rayyan, Qatar


We are seeking a highly organized and customer service-oriented Part-Time Concierge to join our team at a luxury accommodation in Al-Rayyan, Qatar. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests and ensuring their needs are met during their stay.

Responsibilities:
- Greet guests upon arrival and assist with check-in process
- Provide information about the accommodation facilities and surrounding area
- Book reservations for guests at local restaurants, attractions, and events
- Arrange transportation for guests as needed
- Handle guest inquiries, complaints, and requests in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain knowledge of current events and activities in the surrounding area to make recommendations to guests
- Ensure all guest requests are fulfilled promptly and accurately
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of the accommodation
- Keep track of guest preferences and special requests for future visits
- Maintain inventory of amenities, supplies, and equipment needed for guest services

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Concierge or in a customer service role preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Familiarity with local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
