Customer Service Representative (English Speaking)
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Representative to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our English-speaking customers. Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Provide accurate information about our products and services to customers
- Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and resolving any issues or concerns they may have
- Follow up with customers via phone or email to ensure satisfaction with their experience
- Maintain customer records by updating account information and communication logs
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer service experience
Requirements:
- Fluency in English is a must, both spoken and written
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
- Must be able to work independently as well as within a team environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think on your feet
- Proven ability to multitask and manage time effectively
