Logistics Coordinator
We are currently seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Abu Dhabi, UAE. As a Logistics Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the movement of goods and materials, ensuring timely delivery to our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Plan and coordinate the transportation of goods from suppliers to warehouses or directly to customers
- Monitor shipment schedules and track the progress of deliveries
- Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and customs officials to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods
- Prepare shipping documents, including invoices, packing lists, and customs declarations
- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations regarding import/export of goods
- Maintain accurate records of all shipments and update inventory systems accordingly
- Communicate any delays or issues with shipments to relevant parties and provide solutions
- Work closely with warehouse staff to manage inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment of stock
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics coordination or a similar role
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Valid biometric passport (preferably Indian nationality)
- Must be able to work without accommodation
