Livestock Specialist (Contract, English Speaking) for Indian Nationals in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia



We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Livestock Specialist to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This is a contract position suitable for Indian nationals with proficiency in English and a passion for the livestock industry.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct research on various livestock species, their breeding, feeding, and care techniques
- Develop and implement efficient animal management strategies to ensure optimal health and productivity of livestock
- Provide guidance and support to farmers on best practices for raising and caring for livestock
- Monitor herd health and identify any potential diseases or issues
- Oversee the nutrition program of livestock, ensuring they receive proper feed and supplements according to their specific needs
- Collaborate with veterinarians to address any health concerns or emergencies
- Keep accurate records of animal health, production, breeding, and other important data
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in livestock farming techniques

Requirements:
- Must be an Indian national with legal authorization to work in Saudi Arabia on a contract basis
- Fluent in English (both written and spoken)
- Bachelor's degree in Animal Science or related field preferred
- At least 2 years of experience working with livestock (experience with dairy cattle is a plus)
- Strong knowledge of animal behavior, nutrition, breeding, and health management
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Willingness to work long hours when necessary
