Hotel Sales Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth for our hotel by developing and implementing effective sales strategies. This role requires a strong understanding of the hotel industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue for the hotel
- Identify potential clients and establish relationships to generate new business opportunities
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless coordination of sales efforts
- Monitor competitors' activities and adjust strategies accordingly
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and reports on sales performance
- Negotiate contracts with clients to maximize profits for the hotel
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the hotel
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in hotel sales management, preferably in Riyadh or Saudi Arabia
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite
