Call center representative
Customer Service Representative (Indian/Pakistani Nationals)
We are seeking experienced Customer Service Representatives to join our call center team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a representative, you will serve as the first point of contact for our customers and provide them with excellent service over the phone.
Responsibilities:
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed
- Provide product information and assist with placing orders
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective operations of the call center
Requirements:
- Fluency in English is not required, but proficiency in Hindi or Urdu is a must
- Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is preferred
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to handle stressful situations and difficult customers with patience and empathy
- Must have own visa and be eligible to work full time in Saudi Arabia
