Junior Industrial Engineer

- Participate in continuous improvement projects to increase productivity and efficiency
- Utilize Lean principles to identify and eliminate bottlenecks within the production process
- Assist in developing standard operating procedures and train employees on new processes
- Monitor production metrics and report on key performance indicators
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in technology that could improve production processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English
- No prior experience required
- Must be willing to relocate to Lusail, Qatar
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make recommendations for improvement
- Knowledge of Lean principles is a plus
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team
