Art Director for Creative Agency in Al-Rayyan, Qatar
Our creative agency is seeking an experienced Art Director to join our team in Al-Rayyan. As the Art Director, you will be responsible for overseeing the visual design and artistic direction of our projects, ensuring that they are aligned with our clients' branding and marketing goals. This role is open to candidates of any nationality, but proficiency in English is required.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain creative concepts for various projects, including but not limited to advertising campaigns, branding materials, and digital media
- Collaborate with clients and team members to understand project objectives and develop effective design solutions
- Lead a team of designers, providing guidance and direction throughout the creative process
- Ensure all designs are visually appealing, functional, and consistent with brand standards
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines
- Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate new techniques into design work
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field
- 3+ years of experience in a similar role
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- Strong understanding of design principles and trends
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Must be able to work independently as well as collaboratively
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with clients in the advertising or marketing industry
- Fluency in Arabic or Hindi would be a plus
