Waiter/Waitress


We are currently seeking enthusiastic and experienced waiters/waitresses to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a waiter/ waitress, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service by taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a clean and well-maintained dining area.

Responsibilities:
- Greet and seat customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Take accurate food and beverage orders from customers
- Serve food and drinks to customers in a timely manner
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any concerns or requests
- Ensure tables are cleared and cleaned promptly after customers leave
- Assist with setting up tables and maintaining a clean dining area
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Follow all health and safety regulations

Requirements:
- Must be fluent in English
- Previous experience as a waiter/ waitress is preferred
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service skills
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
