Speech Therapist

We are currently seeking a skilled and compassionate Speech Therapist to join our team in Lusail, Qatar. As a Speech Therapist, you will be responsible for providing speech and language therapy services to patients with communication disorders, articulation difficulties, and voice or fluency disorders.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to evaluate patients' speech, language, and communication abilities
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results and patient needs
- Implement treatment plans through various techniques such as exercises, games, and visual aids
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and family members to provide holistic care for patients
- Educate patients and their families on strategies to improve communication skills
- Keep accurate records of patient progress and maintain confidentiality at all times

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working as a Speech Therapist
- Valid license or registration to practice as a Speech Therapist in Qatar (or eligible for registration)
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to establish rapport with patients of all ages
- Knowledge of various speech disorders and their treatments
- Familiarity with different therapy techniques and tools
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team setting

Preferred qualifications:
- Experience working with pediatric patients
- Fluency in Arabic (written and spoken)
- Previous experience working in Qatar or the Middle East region
