Indian Administrator in Al-Khor, Qatar
We are currently seeking a dedicated and reliable Indian Administrator to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As an Administrator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our organization and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Responsibilities:
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Maintain accurate records and databases
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Assist with travel arrangements for employees
- Create and update documents, reports, and presentations
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure efficient communication and workflow
- Perform general clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, filing, etc.
Requirements:
- Must be Indian nationality with legal authorization to work in Qatar
- Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus but not required)
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Prior experience is not required but would be considered an asset
