Hotel Manager - Doha, Qatar (Indian Nationals Preferred)
As a Hotel Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the hotel. Your main goal will be to ensure that the hotel provides high-quality services to its guests and maintains a profitable business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to attract and retain guests
- Oversee the recruitment, training, and management of hotel staff
- Monitor budget and financial performance of the hotel
- Ensure that all departments are operating efficiently and effectively
- Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues that may arise
- Maintain a high level of cleanliness and upkeep in all areas of the hotel
- Work closely with vendors and suppliers to negotiate contracts and ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Develop marketing plans to promote the hotel to potential guests
- Monitor industry trends and make necessary adjustments to stay competitive in the market
Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred, but not required
- Previous experience as a Hotel Manager or in a similar role is preferred, but not required
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Knowledge of budgeting, financial planning, and revenue management
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays if needed
