UI Designer


We are currently hiring a talented UI Designer to join our team in Al-Khor, Qatar. As a UI Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our digital products. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand user needs and design solutions that meet those needs.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop user interfaces for web and mobile applications
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate interaction and design ideas
- Conduct user research to understand user needs and preferences
- Incorporate feedback from users to constantly improve the design
- Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are technically feasible and implemented accurately
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in UI design
- Work closely with other designers, product managers, and stakeholders to ensure consistency in design across all platforms

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a UI Designer or similar role
- Strong portfolio showcasing your design skills and projects you have worked on
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, Figma, etc.
- Understanding of user-centered design principles
- Excellent communication skills to effectively present ideas and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines

Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Design or related field
- Experience designing for mobile applications is a plus
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS is an advantage but not required
